Gently brush and detangle your hair using a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid breakage. Be sure to apply the oil exclusively to dry hair for optimal absorption.
Use a boar bristle brush to distribute natural oils and create a smooth base for treatment application.
Divide your hair into 4-6 sections using clips. Apply 1 to 5 drops directly to the scalp in each section, focusing especially on thinning or balding areas. A small amount is highly effective, so avoid over-saturation which can weigh hair down.
Use a dropper or applicator bottle for precise application. Start with less oil - you can always add more if needed.
Using your fingertips or a scalp massage tool, gently massage the oil into your scalp with circular motions. Apply light to medium pressure for even absorption. Aim for at least 5 minutes to stimulate blood circulation and help the nutrients penetrate deeper.
Massage in the evening to promote relaxation and allow maximum absorption time while you sleep.
Leave the oil in your hair for at least 1 hour, though 4-8 hours is ideal for maximum benefit. When ready, wash thoroughly with two rounds of shampoo to remove all oil residue. For optimal results, repeat this treatment twice per week.
Finish with a lightweight conditioner on the ends only.
