Refund & Return Policy 

At Elevana, we are confident that our haircare products will enhance your hair’s health. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund your money.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply email us at hello@elevana.co.nz with your order number and the email used to make the purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to cover the postage costs (we recommend using a tracked service to ensure nothing gets lost in transit).

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged Items

Sometimes, things can go wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it. Just email us at hello@elevana.co.nz with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and clear photos of the damage.

We’ll either send you a replacement or offer you a full refund, whichever you prefer. We’ll handle the details with the delivery service.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
