Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your subscription
2 bottles delivered every 8 weeks for $95.00, with free NZ shipping. You'll be charged automatically each time until you cancel, and we'll email you 3 days before every charge.

Minimum commitment
Subscriptions have a 2 order minimum. Your first order is charged when you sign up, your second 8 weeks later. That's $190.00 in total, and it's the most you're ever committed to. Your can cancel anytime after this. 

We ask for two orders because hair growth takes time. We are also giving customers the best offer we have with subscriptions so it stop those who just want the deal and not commit. This offer is exclusively given to those that subscribe.  

How to cancel
Sign into your profile account ; you will see manage subscriptions. You will be able to cancel your subscription after the 2nd order in here.

You can ask to cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect once your second order has shipped, and nothing further is charged. After that, cancelling is immediate.

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. That date is in every reminder email and in your account.

There is no cancellation fee.

Pausing and skipping
You can pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks, once a year. Pausing delays your deliveries but doesn't cancel your minimum commitment.

Once your minimum is met, you can skip any delivery up to 24 hours before renewal.

If a payment fails
We'll email you and try again up to three times over seven days. If it still fails, your subscription is paused and no order is sent. We never charge a fee for a failed payment.

Refunds
Cancelling doesn't affect orders already sent; those are covered by our Refund Policy.
